Meleigh studied her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle, graduating in 2011.

Since then, she has worked in both the public and private settings treating of range of client groups and conditions including:

  • Women’s Health – Pregnancy, Post-Partum, Health, and wellbeing programs and return to sport exercise prescription.
  • General Musculoskeletal issues such as back, hip, neck, knee pains etc…
  • Neurological conditions

Since the birth of her 2 children (aged 4 and 2), Meleigh has developed a keen interest Women’s Health, more specifically Pregnancy and Post-natal rehabilitation.

As a sporty person herself she has walked the path of many women who struggle to regain their strength and skills post birth.  She understands that the rehabilitation process can often be complex BUT… she has also guided women through their pregnancies to see better birth outcomes and reduced rehabilitation times.

Meleigh has a solid understanding of the evidence-based approach to current treatment around Pregnancy and Post Natal rehabilitation.  She understands the complexities of the changes that a women’s body goes through when creating life.  She therefore offers a combination of hands-on clinical treatment coupled with guided exercise prescription for a targeted individual approach to pain management, healing and rehabilitation.

Meleigh understands that every woman is different, that each woman’s needs are individual.  She appreciates that we don’t all start and stop at the same place (mentally or functionally), so each of her programs are tailored to the individual woman to provide a solid understanding of her needs.

In her spare time she loves to run, spend time with her husband and two beautiful children, outdoors, at the beach or exploring new places.
