Jennifer has enjoyed working as a qualified physiotherapist over the last 20 years since graduating from the University of Sydney in 2002.

In this time she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings on the central coast, including Public Hospital and private sectors, where she has explored many different areas of health including Orthopedic, Cardiac, Respiratory, Intensive care, Neurological, Medical, Hydrotherapy, Rehabilitaion, Musculoskeletal and Mental health.

Her passion now is in offering the successful combination of hands on therapy techniques (including trigger point dry needling) for pain and injury, as well as movement based therapy (including pilates).

Jennifer has practiced pilates based movement for the past 10 years to re-educate abnormal body movement, through coaching classes as well as utilizing this technique during 1:1 treatment sessions.

As a long distance runner, recovering from her own injuries, has fueled her passion to also support others in healing their own body pain and symptoms.

As well as running, Jennifer enjoys the beach, bushwalks and spending time with family and friends.
