The team at CCPL happily work with the medical specialists, Allied Health Professionals and Health coaches on the Coast. We support working together as part of a Health Care team approach to facilitate a flow on effect between health care to ongoing healthy habits.
Founded in 2012 by Physiotherapist, Tara McKenzie, Central Coast Physiolates empowers women of all ages, fitness levels and stages in life with clinical treatment skills, postural awareness, education, and functional movement training.
Tara is one of only a small number of Women’s Health Physiotherapists on the Central Coast. She is an avid learner whose interests lie in ALL things that can affect women in their lifetime. A Few words from our clients
I’m so grateful I found Tara. After seeing several doctors & physios who all dismissed my symptoms, coming to Tara and seeing firsthand her level of knowledge & passion, I am finally in safe hands. I would highly recommend Tara to anyone having pelvic floor issues or even if you’ve just had a baby, if you get checked by Tara, you won’t get the run around like I did before I found her!
Tara Mackenzie is amazing! She diagnosed my complex problem quickly and from the first visit I felt SO much better. Not only is she an excellent clinician she is a caring and supportive person, and a,good human being. I’m so glad I found her.
Love attending the postnatal Pilates class with instructor Nicole. She’s very patient with me as a first timer with Pilates. The class is very relaxed and I know I am getting correct advice.
