Tara is the proud owner and Director of Central Coast Physiolates, a business created to help empower women through education, body awareness, functional movement, and mindfulness.
Tara’s career journey across the Public and Private sectors of the Central coast over the last 17 years has shown her that Physiotherapy has its greatest success when movement is teamed with therapeutic hands-on approach and breath work.
Tara has a dedication to continued learning in the Physiotherapy areas of Women’s Health, Oncology Rehabilitation, Lymphoedema and Pilates. She believes every woman should have access to services that will allow them to achieve wellness at any stage of their life.
This dedication for success within the Women’s Health field was fueled after experiencing a difficult pregnancy and traumatic birth with her first child but it has continued to grow with every happy client that has benefited from her service.
Her Oncology / Lymphedema career started further down the path when a patient came to her in need of support in this area. Tara believed that this was an area of training she needed to add to her Women’s Health knowledge so she could treat all women of all ages and stages.
Tara is the mother of 3 amazing children. When she is not at work she enjoys spending her time with her family and friends.
