Helen is a Senior Physiotherapist with over 14 years of experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Her early career included working with high-level athletes, including state hockey players and professional golfers, where she developed a strong foundation in movement analysis, biomechanics and rehabilitation.

Helen now applies this expertise to women’s musculoskeletal health, helping women navigate the physical changes that occur during pregnancy, postpartum recovery and menopause.

She has a particular passion for supporting women to return to higher levels of movement after birth, helping them relearn optimal movement strategies so they can exercise, run and train confidently without symptoms such as pelvic floor dysfunction or incontinence.

At Central Coast Physiolates, Helen integrates physiotherapy assessment with movement-based rehabilitation, guiding women to rebuild strength, improve movement patterns and restore confidence in their bodies.

Her work often incorporates targeted rehabilitation exercises and PhysioPilates principles, helping women develop strong movement foundations that support both pelvic health and musculoskeletal function.

Helen works with women experiencing pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain, post-C-section recovery challenges, menopause-related tendon and joint pain, and persistent musculoskeletal conditions affecting the back, hips and shoulders.

Her goal is to help women move well, stay active and return to the activities they enjoy with confidence.
