Our small equipment groups, are female only classes that are taught by highly skilled, patient and caring Pilates Instructors and Pelvic Health Therapists with the highest level of industry qualifications.
We also run Pilates Mat (including Mother and Baby courses), Reformer only classes and one-on-one therapy sessions in our purpose-built fully equipped Pilates studio at Central Coast Physiolates.

NOTE: Government changes still allow Pilates classes to qualify for Private Health Insurance Rebates under Physiotherapy. However, each health fund is different so please contact your Private Health insurer to ask how much cover you have under Physio.
